Which room is the most beautiful?
Like people, every room has its own charm. It all comes down to your personal taste!
Is there a minibar in the rooms?
Absolutely not. We want to make sure our bartender has plenty to do! Besides, we’re not fans of overpriced minibar rates. The water from our taps is delicious, fresh, and free. So, grab a glass and help yourself to nature's finest refreshment!
Is it true that the rooms sometimes smell of manure?
You might have seen that in one of our online reviews—though we think 'Eau de Nature' doesn't smell half bad! At least it’s definitely not artificial.
Jokes aside: in rare cases, it can actually happen. Sometimes our farmers use manure to care for the meadows as naturally as possible.
The experts call it the 'cycle of nature'—we just say: that’s just how it is, and we love it. You probably will too, soon enough!
There is a daily wake-up call. Which one?
Our neighbor, Farmer Gugg, milks his cows early in the morning (at 5:30 am). It’s quite possible you’ll find yourself waking up right along with him.
Are you guys actually being serious?
Well, we just wanted to give you a heads-up on how we roll here. Yes, we are a 4-star hotel with all the services you’d expect—but we still love to keep things simple, real, and direct.
And our valley, the Sarntal, is known throughout South Tyrol for one thing: tough on the outside, but with a heart of gold.
